Workability is a Burlington based injury prevention and management company with 10 additional satellite locations throughout Vermont. Our primary goal is to reduce injuries in the workplace. We achieve this goal through; performing evaluations that assess a person’s work capacity and identify work environments and practices that cause discomfort or injury; facilitating the smooth and successful transition of injured workers back to work and educating staff and management on safe work environments and practices. Our clients benefit when we achieve these goals by experiencing lower business costs and a more comfortable and productive workforce.
